Frequently Asked Questions

  • Students will receive a single digest of messages each day. The daily digest email will list the subject of each message at the top of the email body.
  • Messages must be submitted by midnight on the day prior to the daily digest release.
  • Yes. Each message can be no longer than 250 words. Word count is displayed at the bottom of the Message field.
  • Images cannot be included in the body of the message. However, you may include a link to an image, web page, or PDF in the Link submission field.
  • Any URL can be included in the Link submission field, including direct links to images, PDFs, university web pages, OwlLife pages, and external web pages. Only one link can be submitted per message in the Link field.
  • Messages cannot include any HTML text formatting. Any text with HTML formatting copied into a submission field will lose its existing HTML formatting. URLs copied into the Link submission field will be hyperlinked.
  • Submitted messages cannot be manually removed or edited. Please contact The Office of University Relations (universityrelations@kennesaw.edu) to request a message edit or removal.
  • Only faculty and staff can log-in to submit messages through Student Inform.
